SCHEDULING SITE UPDATE!
We are excited to share that we have officially moved our calendar/scheduling system to Elation. This means that from now on, patients will receive appointment reminders, instructions, and forms straight from Elation.
What Patients Can Expect
Streamlined Experience: Booking appointments and completing forms will feel the same, or even easier, than before.
Appointment Reminders: All appointment reminders and instructions will now come straight from Elation.
Automatic Forms: Elation will automatically send any necessary forms when you book an appointment. For follow-up visits, these forms are simply to update your information. If nothing has changed, you’re welcome to skip them. Forms are required for new patients to complete prior to their appointment day.
Update Notifications: Patients may receive additional messages saying appointments have changed while we move scheduling systems. These are just automated notices from Elation or IntakeQ during the move. Rest assured, all appointments and forms are still safe and intact. If you are unsure whether you have an appointment booked, just let us know and we can help.
Elation Passport: Patients may get notifications from Elation inviting them to the Elation Patient Passport. This is Elation's online patient portal. Creating an account is optional, but we do recommend it! For more information on the Elation Patient Passport, go to https://www.elationhealth.com/solutions/ehr/patient-passport/.
PLEASE NOTE: Billing Will Still Be Through IntakeQ. While scheduling and forms are now handled through Elation, we are still using IntakeQ for billing. Please continue to keep your IntakeQ account active for now, as you’ll still receive invoices and charges through that system. We’ll let patients know if anything changes.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.
Thank you for your continued support as we make this exciting change to our practice.
