Westside Location

For in-person appointments, Dr. Martin is at her Westside Location in Tigard on Wednesdays by appointment only. Our office is the door facing the street on the right located at Greenburg Plaza at 11845 SW Greenburg Rd, Suite 110, Tigard, OR 97223. This location is ADA accessible.

Eastside Location

For in-person appointments, Dr. Martin is at her Eastside Location on Tuesdays by appointment only. The Eastside office is located at 4037 NE Tillamook, 97212. There is easy parking on the street. Please note that this location meets ADA standards but has no official ADA parking.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine hours vary, but are typically Monday and Tuesday 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Wednesday and Thursday mornings. All visits are by appointment only. If you are an established patient, please click the “schedule” button in the upper right-hand corner to schedule. If you are a new patient or need an in-person appointment, please contact us to schedule.
